Welcome to Grocermart Online! We provide our superior services to you subject to the following conditions. If you continue to visit our shop within this website, you are agreeing to these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Registration

Each member will be asked to provide a password and be given a unique identification during registration.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occurs under your account or password.

You must be 18 years old and above in order to register and shop with Grocermart.

All deliveries for alcoholic beverages must be received/handled by persons aged 18 or above.  Grocermart reserves the rights to request for a valid photo ID to verify recipient’s age.

Grocermart reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

For Non-Registered User

You must be 18 years old and above in order to shop with Grocermart.  Grocermart have the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Placing Order

Customer will receive e-mail from Grocermart after placing and order of our products. This e-mail is acknowledging that Grocermart have received your order and Grocermart has accepted your order.

Products & Price

Product pictures provided on this website are only for the purpose to recognize the actual products and there is variation from time to time. As the reason of repackage and improvements, it may vary with actual product received.

Grocermart deliver in our standard packaging. Special packaging requirement is subjected to additional charges.

Grocermart always try the best to make the product description and price as accurate as possible. However, Grocermart does not warrant that product description or the content on this web is error-free.

The price featured on website may varies from time to time due to the daily price changes. Grocermart reserves the right to adjust the final bill thus there may have a price differentials between online order bill and final delivery bill. The product size may have the slightly difference from what you choose and actual product. Grocermart make every effort to provide the nearest size or packaging for the product at the nearest price.

Cancellation & Variation of Order

Your order begins processing immediately after you Confirm Order therefore your order cannot be canceled. 

If customer wish to ADD ITEMS, please kindly create second order and email to customercare@grocermart.com before 24 hours prior to the selected delivery time slot otherwise customer need to remunerate for additional delivery charges.

Notification of Changes

Grocermart reserves the right to change or add these conditions from time to time without any prior notice. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes Grocermart made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site. Please read these terms & conditions of use before you start using this website.

Grocermart shall not be liable to any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
