Payment

For B2C User or Guest Check Out : Only Credit Card / Debit Card is available. 

For Registered B2B User: 3 Payment Method are Available : COD (Cheque payment must be made payable to ''Grocermart Pte Ltd''.), Credit Card / Debit Card, or Credit Terms.

Customer shall ensure the payment is made by a person with reasonable age.

Grocermart reserved the right to withhold delivery the product and make another delivery with additional delivery charges to customers.

Delivery Time Slot & Charges

Grocermart provide the delivery service 7 days a week  included Public Holiday.

Delivery services are available in Singapore mainland.

However, deliver to Jurong Island subjected to additional charges.

Grocermart also reserved the right to decline any delivery to any address with restricted access or is inaccessible.

When your orders are received by us, you would have the following delivery time slot options:

Grocermart shall not be liable for any delays in the delivery services if the delay has been due to causes beyond our control.

Below are the charges for Grocemart Delivery Services.

Please email to customercare@grocermart.com at least 24 hours before the delivery time in following issues:

• If there is any changes of deliver address or contact number;
• If you want to change the deliver time slot option

Otherwise customers need to remunerate for additional $8 delivery charges.

Return or Refunds

Grocermart will either exchange the product or refund the value of product to customer in following conditions:

• If the product delivered is in a damaged condition;
• If the wrong item is delivered;
• If the product which included in invoice but has not been delivered;
• If customer has been charged for item which has not been delivered

Customers please kindly check the product upon receiving. Goods receive are not refundable or exchangeable once invoice is signed.

                           ***Please be noted that ''Lemon law'' does not apply to Grocermart on fresh produces as they are perishable.
